Maurice Labrecque, General Manager, is responsible for all of PDC's business services. Mr. Labrecque has over 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience in Alaska. He brings a practical and balanced business approach to the services that PDC offers. He maintains a philosophy of customer responsiveness, quality service, and practical approaches to project development, whether construction, engineering, or environmental services.
Mike Laufenburger, Construction Manager, with 25 years of construction experience in Alaska, Mr. Laufenburger is thoroughly familiar with the complexities and logistical challenges associated with rural Alaska construction. Mike's employment with PDC reflects our philosophy that construction management is best performed by people who understand remote construction as a result of having spent years on jobsites performing the work.
Tim Sharp, Construction Project Manager, with 30 years of Construction experience, 20 of which have been spent in Alaska, Mr. Sharp’s experience in both commercial and residential construction helps to balance out our construction management staff. Tim has extensive experience with remote projects in all areas of the state. He brings to our staff a comprehensive background in commercial and residential design build and competitive bid projects on new and renovation projects.
Jim Munter, Environmental Services Manager Senior Hydorgeologist, with 20 years experience in Alaska, Mr. Munter has extensive experience in environmental program and project management. His knowledge of statewide hydrogeological conditions makes him uniquely qualified to provide environmental oversight consistent with the current trend in environmental restoration issues, mainly groundwater monitoring and contaminant plume migration trends. He is knowledgeable in all areas of environmental regulation, especially National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) issues in Alaska.
Tim McDougall, P.E. - Environmental Services Project Manager, is a Project Hydrologist and Environmental Engineer with 14 years of restoration experience in Alaska. He has managed environmental projects in the King Salmon area for the Air Force facility, and supported large, multi year restoration programs consistent with the Environmental Protection Agencies (EPA) Comprehensive Environmental Resource Cleanup and Liability Act (CERCLA) phased approach to cleanup adopted by the Air Force.
Matt Zukowski, P.E. - Environmental Services Project Manager,, has 12 years of experience managing water supply and environmental assessment and remediation projects throughout Alaska. Over the last several years, he has managed a large, multi-faceted project for the Air Force in King Salmon, and four assessment and remediation projects for the US Army on Fort Richardson and in Seward. With Masters degrees in geology, engineering, and business, Matt brings a multidisciplinary approach to solving environmental problems that achieves client goals in a cost-effective and practical manner.
